WOLF CONSULTING is the publisher and operator of the rendelparis.com website, which sells optical products. This activity is carried out in strict compliance with the regulatory framework of the optician-eyewear profession.

Article 1 - Definition

The terms herein, the first letter of which shall include a capital letter, shall have the following meaning:
Client(s): means the individuals who have requested the intervention of WOLF CONSULTING for the performance of a service;
Seller: means the company WOLF CONSULTING

These conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded by the Seller and its Customers.
The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions of sale.

Prior to placing any order, the customer certifies:

  • be the holder or duly authorized to use the payment card used to pay the total amount of the order; it being specified that said payment card provides access to sufficient funds to cover the total amount of the order.

The products offered for sale presented in the catalog published on the site are each the subject of a description mentioning their essential characteristics within the meaning of article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code.

Article 2 - Scope of application of the general conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale apply without restriction or reservation to all sales services offered by the company WOLF CONSULTING, as listed in article 3.
Consequently, any order placed by the Customer in accordance with the terms set out in article 4.2 constitutes unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
They prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document (prospectus, catalog, etc.).
WOLF CONSULTING reserves the right to modify its general conditions from time to time.
If one or more provisions of these general conditions are held to be invalid, the other provisions will retain their full force and scope.

Article 4 - Orders

4.1 Communication of the general conditions of sale

Prior to placing an order and concluding a contract, these general terms and conditions of sale will be communicated to Customers. They are available on the website rendelparis.com.

4.2 Terms of placing the order

Product orders are placed exclusively on the rendelparis.com website and are delivered to the customer's home or to the address indicated during the ordering process.

4.3 Rule applicable to orders

Before any order, the Client must provide WOLF CONSULTING with their identity and contact details (personal and/or professional address, email address, telephone number) which will allow WOLF CONSULTING to contact them.

Each order will be preceded by a communication of these general conditions of sale.

As orders are final and irrevocable upon acceptance by WOLF CONSULTING, any modification request made by the Client is subject to acceptance by WOLF CONSULTING and must necessarily be established in writing.

4.4 Confirmation of the online order

The Customer must place their order online. For the order to be validated, the Customer must accept these general terms and conditions of sale by clicking on the appropriate box.

Any order confirmed by "double click" constitutes irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The order is considered final after sending the Client confirmation of acceptance of the order by sending an email addressed by WOLF CONSULTING.

For any questions regarding order tracking, the customer must call Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (cost of a local call).

4.5 Disruption of available services

All orders are subject to the reservations available at WOLF CONSULTING.

The Customer will be contacted and solutions will be proposed in the event of temporary unavailability of the products ordered, modification of the nature of the products ordered or the delivery time of the products.

The solutions will only be implemented after receipt of the written agreement of the Client. If the alternatives proposed are not accepted within seven (7) working days, the order will be cancelled.

Article 5 - Prices

Prices are firm and final. They are expressed in euros and include all taxes.

Prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the services.

Article 6 - Customer Payment

6.1 Payment terms

The sale will be invoiced upon payment made online by credit card.

The following payment cards are accepted on the rendelparis.com website: Carte Bleu, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Payments made by the Client will only be considered final after actual collection of the sums by WOLF CONSULTING.

6.2 Delay and failure to pay by the Customer

Any late payment will result in the Client being charged late payment interest at the conventional rate of 10% per month, as well as an increase of 40 euros for recovery costs.

Failure to pay invoices on the due date authorizes WOLF CONSULTING to cancel current orders, without prior notice and without prejudice to any other action that may be brought by WOLF CONSULTING to obtain compensation or payment of amounts remaining due by the Client.

6.3 Payment in installments (Alma)

The Seller offers its Customers Alma's credit service for the settlement of their purchases and the execution of the payment. This is subject to the Customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions or the credit agreement proposed by Alma.

Any refusal by Alma to grant credit for an order may result in its cancellation.
Any termination of the General Terms and Conditions which bind the Customer and the Seller shall result in the termination of the General Terms and Conditions or the credit agreement between Alma and the Customer.

Payment in three or four installments is available through our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Purchase amount: Only purchases from €99 are eligible for payment with Alma

Fees: By paying in installments with Alma, the Customer does not pay fees.

Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Termination : Any termination of the T&Cs which bind the Seller and the customer, results in the termination of the T&Cs between Alma and the customer.

Article 7 – Return

The return of the product(s) by the customer must be carried out according to the following procedure:

  • The customer must complete the return form (including the withdrawal form, see Article 12) attached to their package.
  • The customer completes their return form and attaches it to the package containing the returned product(s).

Article 8 - Delivery

Delivery of the order will be made to the place and date indicated on the order form.

WOLF CONSULTING declares that it has the necessary means to ensure the performance of the service in compliance with current regulations and best practice, within the time limits set for it.

WOLF CONSULTING also declares that it is insured for its professional civil liability.

Article 9 - Termination of the contract

In the event of failure by WOLF CONSULTING to fulfil its obligation to perform on the date initially planned, the Client may terminate the contract, under the conditions of Articles L. 216-2, L. 216-3 and L. 216-4 of the Consumer Code, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or in writing on another durable medium, if, after having ordered WOLF CONSULTING, under the same terms, to provide the service within a reasonable additional period, the latter has not complied within this period.

The contract is considered terminated upon receipt by WOLF CONSULTING of the letter or document informing it of this termination, unless WOLF CONSULTING has performed in the meantime.

However, this resolution cannot be applied when it concerns a breakdown of services for which WOLF CONSULTING has proposed alternatives. The costs and risks associated with this operation are the exclusive responsibility of WOLF CONSULTING.

Article 10 - Liability

WOLF CONSULTING remains responsible for the services provided by its staff.

WOLF CONSULTING is liable for defects in conformity of the goods sold in the event of a sale under the provisions of Articles L211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and for hidden defects in the goods under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Article 11 - Force majeure

The parties cannot be held responsible for any impediments or delays in the performance of services caused by cases of force majeure.

Expressly, the following are considered to be cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in addition to those usually recognized by the case law of French courts and tribunals: the blocking of means of transport or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, the shutdown of telecommunications networks or difficulties specific to telecommunications networks external to the Customers.

The parties will come together to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the execution of the contract will be continued. If the force majeure event lasts for more than two months, these general conditions may be terminated by the most diligent party.

Article 12 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw.

A withdrawal form appears on every order form issued by WOLF CONSULTING and is also available on its website. Upon receipt of the withdrawal form, WOLF CONSULTING will acknowledge receipt by any means.

Only the product ordered will be refunded by WOLF CONSULTING, excluding any other costs.

Article 13 - Intellectual property

The content of the website, as well as all technical documents, products, drawings and photographs provided to Clients remain the exclusive property of WOLF CONSULTING, the sole holder of intellectual property rights to these documents.

Clients undertake not to make any use of these documents that could infringe the industrial or intellectual property rights of WOLF CONSULTING and undertake not to disclose them to any third party.

Article 14 – Processing of personal data

The personal data provided by the Customer is necessary for processing the order and issuing invoices.

The Client agrees that they may be communicated to WOLF CONSULTING partners responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of orders.

WOLF CONSULTING implements appropriate technical measures to guarantee a level of security adapted to the risks of breaches to the security, integrity and confidentiality of data.

The processing of information communicated via the rendelparis.com website has been declared to the CNIL.

The Client has a permanent right of access, and a right of modification, rectification and opposition with regard to information concerning him/her.

Article 15 - Applicable law and language of the general conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale remain subject to French law and are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall be authoritative in the event of a dispute.

For the definition of the competent jurisdiction, WOLF CONSULTING elects domicile at its registered office.

Article 17 - Guarantee

Your Rendels are guaranteed for 1 year, parts and labor, with replacement of the identical model (depending on available stocks or with a credit note of the same value)

This warranty does not cover: breakage, theft, willful damage, normal wear and tear, and scratches on the lenses. If your Rendel glasses have a manufacturing defect, contact our stores and specify the defect in question. We will replace your lenses and/or frames as quickly as possible.
